Refunds & Returns Policy

At Subhadra Organic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options and responsibilities for refunds and returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition of Item: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, opened packages, gift cards, and promotional items.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@subhadraorganic.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval Process: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This could apply if the item is returned with visible signs of use or not in its original condition.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will process a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, discounted products, and promotional offers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy will apply.
